This remains a key question for us all. Not least in these days of uncertainty and in a time when conviction is so urgently needed.
What is your/my experience of Jesus?
What does he mean to us?
Who is he for us?
It’s not a time for “They say” or “I’m not sure”. Rather it’s a time for personal commitment to the name of Jesus. The one who came that we might have life and have it to the full.
It’s only when we can honestly answer “You are The Christ”, that we can truly take ownership of our faith. Yes, others can point the way, share the message and seek to give example. At days’ end, though, it’s a personal choice to believe in the one who has been sent – The Christ.
