Kilmovee Community Centre is as busy as ever, check out the latest events and services.

AUTUMN LECTURE – Wednesday 11th October – Brian Leyden, award-winning Irish novelist, short story writer, screenwriter and editor. Brian will give a talk on memories of yesterday and will promote his new book “Summer of 63”. Doors open at 7.30 pm and lecture starts at 8pm. Lecture, Q&A and refreshments €5.

AUTUMN LECTURE – Dr Celeste Ray – “Ireland’s Holy Wells” on Wednesday 18th October.
Supported by National Geographic and Maynooth University, the U.S.A. visiting academic, Dr Ray, is on a fact-finding mission to document the Holy Wells of Mayo. Doors open at
7.30 pm and lecture starts at 8 pm. Lecture, Q&A and refreshments €5.

KILMOVEE TODDLER GROUP – Kilmovee Toddler Group meets every Tuesday from 10-12pm. Drop in for a chat, coffee and fun for your toddler / baby. Open Morning on Tuesday 26th – new members welcome.

PAYPOINT – The PayPoint facility is back working in Kilmovee Community Centre. This allows customers to pay bills, purchase top-ups for mobile phones etc. Also
a reminder that you can purchase stamps and post letters in the Centre from 9.30- 5 pm each day.
