Heritage Week Events – Interactive Dry Stone Wall Demo

As part of Heritage Week 2017 we have TWO fabulous FREE events here in Kilmovee.

The theme for Heritage Week 2017 is biodiversity.

What is biodiversity you ask? One could say its the air we breathe, the water we drink and the environment that we and all the other creatures live in.

Come and find out more about Kilmovee’s biodiversity on these two special FREE events.

On Saturday 26th August Kilmovee native and Master Stone Mason Dominic Keogh will give an interactive demonstration on dry stone walling and their importance as a biodiversity habitat in Kilmovee. From 12 – 4pm in the Thatch Cottage.

Refreshments provided. All ages welcome.
