    An hour rain delay did not dampen the competitiveness of all who took part. After all the fine weather we've had recently, the rain reappeared at 4.30pm on Saturday leading to a delay of an hour ahead of the Kilmovee / Kilkelly Community Games Athletics event.     Community Games – Silver Medal Win

    A huge congratulations to this young lady Lucia Mc Donnell representing Mayo at the national community games final in Limerick today. Lucia won a silver medal in the Under 10's art. Well done Lucia we are very proud of you. Also a sincere thanks to your mam Caitriona and sister Eloise for all their support from all at Kilmovee/Kilkelly community games.

    The athletics events will take place on Saturday, June 2nd  on Kilmovee Shamrock's pitch, at 4.30pm. Please note the change of date. Races for boys and girls and also novelty events. Entry is €2 per child.
